Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd is an internet based seat reservation system & reserves the right to amend / change the cancellation rules as per the availability of seats / seasonal traffic. 

Cancellation rules :

In general the cancellation charges are as under:
a. Before 3 clear working days of the departure of the Bus: 75%
b. Before 2 clear working days of the departure: 50%
c. Within 1 days of the departure of the bus : No refund


Seats are allotted according to the priority of the reservation.

Passengers are advised to report at least 30 minutes before the schedule departure time of the bus. No refund shall be made if the passengers fail to turn up.

Luggage is carried at owner's risk. Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd  shall not in any way be responsible for any loss or theft of goods or any property of the tourists in the bus. 

Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause / unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

It is however made clear that Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd  shall not be responsible for nor at all it entertain any claim for compensation or damages on any account under any circumstances.

No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle en route or landslides or any other reason beyond the control of Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd

Tourist are requested to wait at the scheduled pickup time even if the bus is running late from its scheduled time of arrival.

Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or in the opinion.

The Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd expresses its inability to provide medical facilities in case anyone falls during the course of the journey.

The rates mentioned on our website are made available to us by the transporters / coach operators, and the same are subject to change without prior notice. 

The Exclusive Excursion Pvt.Ltd reserves the right to provide equivalent or similar transportation without prior notice. 

All disputes are subject to Delhi (India) jurisdiction only.
